Did we just see a crypto dead-cat bounce this morning or is the bottom in this current crash? Chinese have to sell their Bitcoins before exchanges close in China on Sept. 30.

      China closing exchange removes many crypto buyers from the market short-term. Wonder if Chinese people are allowed to open an account on an exchange outside China? Anyone know?
