i am new to the crypto international and do not know that FreeWallet is a recognised rip-off that steals money. We had 200-250$ really worthy of of NXT and BTC in the account.
They will wont even permit myself get right of admittance to my account from my browser, I manipulated to login the iphone app with my e mailbox however all i've remaining is 20$ definitely worth of bitcoin. My transaction data of even shopping NTX isnt even there.
They will took the whole thing. Will there be something i can do? Their customer service message channels are also now not loading, easily for them.
Absolute rip-off, please live away!!
They stole. 0.406 bitcoin even after I sent them the trans hash . They then wanted a screenshot of the approval from the sender . It’s sad that these are reasons people won’t feel safe using crypto! Sad but true!

I recommend always researching on BitcoinTalk forum. This place is crypto info gold mine. BTW, you do not need to be a member there to access the discussions. Just make a google search like this one for example: "freewallet review on bitcointalk forum"

Yes I’ve had a similar problem.
I had some BTC in there during the hard fork, received BTG. I was able to transfer my BTC balance to a different wallet, but I can’t exchange or transfer my BTG balance because it’s “too low”.
I certainly am not interested in purchasing more BTG to transfer in and then out again.
Not happy, Freewallet!!!! 🤬

Communicating with Freewallet is basically impossible. I’ve tried; no replies. And yeah the help option never seems to work.
Perhaps there’s a consumer protection body where you live? Make a complaint ....
But Yes, won’t recommend Freewallet to anyone!!!
