Need Advice: Stay or leave Coinbase wallet?

I am a customer of coinbase wallet and exchange. I needed help from them and I was told due to policies and laws of their operations, they can not even send an email to me in my country(Ghana) to help me. I am afraid if I get a problem they won't be able to help.
Is it safe to work with them from my country?
