Is this really real..Why would some one give away so many Dollars for free.

    Yes! Dash has a treasury to fund development and outreach. Amanda gets paid directly from the Dash blockchain to promote dash and this is her newest gimmick. The funding for her proposal already went through. Its worth it for the dash network to attract new users
