[EN] The world is not ready for cryptocurrencies?

in bitcoin •  6 years ago  (edited)

Eugene Kaspersky, who is at the forefront of the famous cyber security company, is a supporter of cryptocurrency. As he admits, Bitcoin is a brilliant invention, but the world is not ready for it yet. The owner of Kaspersky admitted this in an interview for Arabian Business.

Cryptocurrencies are a great idea, but the world is not ready for it. First, we must unite if we want to use encrypted currencies. Governments now want to control them.

Let's look at the matter a bit closer.

To be able to call "something" in the currency, certain conditions had to be fulfilled until recently. It is logical that the currency is established by the government.

How is Bitcoin?

Bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency, which means there is no central institution issuing this currency. By definition of this cryptocurrency, we can conclude that, unlike normal currencies, it is independent of banks, governments, is not subject to control, and "has no limits."
Eugene Kaspersky's words make sense.

Bitcoin has become a global power, thanks to the fact that it was based on blockchain technology, offers better anonymity and theoretically is not subject to inflation through its construction. Not so much Bitcoin, but it is possible that cryptocurrencies will reach the stage where the so-called split will occur. "paper currencies". Countries have already started working on their own e-currencies. However, these will be centrally controlled.
