When in cryptomarket anybody heard the name "Mt. Gox" they might convert their cryptocurrency in to USDT or sell it all. Because till now the Big whale Named "Mt. Gox" manipulat the market like hell ( It's like "Beta Cryptocurrency me invest kiya huaa paisa nikal de nai to Mt.Gox aa jayega" just for the who don't know Hindi, it's famous Bollywood film "Sholay" in which villain was too dangerous that Mothers of that village tells to their children that "Son, please sleep otherwise Gabbar(villain) will come").
But I think no need to fear anymore because just few min ago news spread that "MtGox confirms no further plans for now of selling more BTC or BCH". So after reading this you may think that this is the fake news, why Mt.Gox would do this. He was bankrupt and by doing market manipulation he was trying to recover from it.
But Mt. Gox Case Moved to Civil Rehabilitation, Creditors May Be Paid in Crypto. The Tokyo District Court has published a document which rules that creditors involved in the Mt. Gox hack in 2014, that saw a loss of $472 Million will be reimbursed in cryptocurrency.

Creditors are now eligible for a refund in cryptocurrency and will be required to register a claim before October 22nd, 2018. The document does suggest that formal proceedings will not begin until February 2019. Until then, Mt. Gox will no longer be able to engage in mass sell offs, such sell offs have recently been blamed on causing the markets to crash recently.
Now in the market the news is spreading and market is going down and down. I am not market expert, but this news looks good to me the why market is reacting like this.
So what's your thoughts ? Why market is going down at the moment ? Is it because of the Mt Gox news or not ?
