People Are Selling BT2/B2X On Bitfinex!

According to this tweet it seems that you can already sell Bitcoin 2X (B2X) on the Bitfinex exchange. If the screenshot is correct, they are currently selling for 0.2btc per piece (around $900).

The fork isn't even locked in yet as far as I'm aware, so this is a little surprising to me. But, if there are people selling it already? Good luck to them I guess!

Does this mean that SegWit 2X isn't very popular? Or are people selling now hoping that the price will drop further just like Bitcoin Cash (BCH/BCC) did? Let me know what you think!

P.S. If anyone has seen more in-depth article relating to this, please leave me a link in the comments because I'm very interested to learn more about this and the upcoming fork.

    Hum hard to say. It seems they tried to gamble with it maybe to get it cheaper. Because they know there is quiet a lot of support behind SegWit2x so means the price will be higher. Just a thought

      The quick crypto scams, this is all that I am currently hearing at the moment. They all want big bucks quickly.

      It happens in all new areas though really.

      I remember when eCommerce stores used to be a tricky thing to deal with. Plenty of other internet based scams that people have fallen for too, so it's not just crypto.
