I found coinmama dot com they work great but they are not cheap
coinable their customer service sucks
any suggestion ? I would like to find a good place to buy bitcoin

    Yeah, I recommend bittrex. Has worked very well for me. Although I actually have no experience using bitmex, since they rejected because I live in the U.S.
