How is a corrupt criminal like Jamie Demon, not in prison for fraud?

Just received this nice post from medium.com

Since 2010, the year Bitcoin first began to circulate, under the leadership of Jamie Dimon JP Morgan Chase has been charged with 48 different violations of banking and securities fraud.

Why is Dimon not in jail?

Is it perhaps because the banking system is ruled by cold-blooded psychopaths (such as Demon) that attack everything which is a treat (such as Bitcoin) while keeping their own scam going behind the curtain?
