Token INV Distribution
The INV Token is a smart contract token based on ethereum ERC-223 compliance.
Token will be issued by Investa upon completion of public token sale.
Holder token will be able to use INV in the Investa platform as a payment tool for all services in our APP.
For example, INV holders will be able to use their tokens to subscribe to Investa’s crypto basket, which will take the token allocation from other ICO pre-sales, managed by our INV managers.
INV holders can also place their tokens into our programs such as Enterprise and Launchpad, for loans to small businesses and other approved borrowers.
INV tokens can also be used as a means of payment for upcoming Investa Events, such as the annual crypto summit, INV roadshow, or our mindshare forum. This event will be published in due time and INV holders will be able to attend, after paying for a ticket using an INV token.
Finally, INVs can be used within our payment network, such as to load a prepaid debit card with funds that can be used as FIAT currency to any merchant on the Union Pay network.
Or our users can transfer INVs to other Investa users, who can then redeem them in various other currencies, such as BTC or FIAT — so we allow our users a level of financial control and flexibility that was not previously available.
INV Token Sale
To support the development of the platform and ensure a seamless rollout throughout 2018, Investa will hold a public Token Sale of their native, ERC223-based INV tokens. During the Token Sale, 30,000,000 INV will be made available for purchase, from a total supply of 50,000,000. The token sale seeks to distribute at least 1,000,000, to meet the soft cap.
The Pre-Sale round will begin on May 1st 2018, wherein participants can pick up INV at a rate of 1USD = 2.5 INV, with discounts ranging from 60% to 30%. 10,000,000 INV will be available at this stage. Access to the presale will be limited to whitelist members, with limited allocations of tokens available per subscriber to avoid concentration. After the Pre-Sale, the discounts available will range from 20% to 5%, and the remaining 20,000,000 will be made available for acquisition during the main ICO sale.

The approval of the community will be used through a contractual agreement based on coinholding and consensus. Voting can approve coin unlocking, club membership policy changes, and other changes affecting the INV community.

If the crowdsale does not reach its soft cap of 1 million, any money received in the crowdsale token will be returned to the original wallet. Assuming that the limit of the soft cap is exceeded, but can not exceed 50 million needles, any unused cards will be retained to support liquidity in the market. Pre-ICO starts on April 12, April 1, 2018 and will continue for 60 days, or until all available tokens are sold.

Slow Customer Services and KYC process
Currently, the delivery of customer services is slow while some exchanges don’t even respond to inquiries at all. Furthermore, the process of KYC (Know Your Customer) is slow and complicated. Take Kraken as an example, when the demand for identity verification is high, it takes around 30 days to complete Tieer 4 verification.
