Venezuella ABD nin ambargosu altında bulunduğundan dolayı bu durum ülke ekonomisine oldukça zarar veriyor.Enflasyon rakamları dehşet durumda olduğundan temel ihtiyaçlarda bile kıtlık yaşanmakta.İşte bu durumu hafifletmek için büyük bir umut vadediyor Petro.Bu sayede sadece ekonomik anlamda değil bir nevi ambargo konusunda da büyük bir şeffaflık oluşturacağını düşünüyor yetkililer.Bir nevi doların egemenliğinden kurtulup rahatlamak amaçlanıyor.
