It's happening at 8:20 CLT ( Chilean Standard time, the same as the US Estern Standard Time ) . You can convert the time to your local time by using www.timeanddate.com .
If you keep your BTC ( Original BitCoin ) at the time of the fork, you'll get the "New" BCC at the time (assuming you have your BitCoin in a wallet that you can control the private keys for ... DO NOT leave your BitCoin in an online wallet or an Exchange ). If you have your BitCoin in an online exchange, hurry up to get them out of there and put them in an offline wallet or paper wallet.
