Here is a very nice chart of ARK with waves 1,2,3 and 4 placed. It is working on the last wave 5 which I've subdivided into waves i,ii,iii,iv,v. So yes, it is moving up to finish what looks to be the last wave of the five wave motive. I've always said that fifthe waves are PROFIT TAKING waves and it's no different here. Why? After five waves, a three wave retrace occurs in the form of an abc (red). This is when I would have already cast my lader rungs to profit sell into the wave 5 rise.
