Bitcoin (BTC) Evening Update: Overnight Likely to Initiate Travel Towards 0.618 Fibonacci Level

SUMMARY

It's late and I'm tired but Bitcoin never sleeps! If Bitcoin (BTC) is putting in the final waves of the C of ABC, then the current microwaves seem a bit overlapping which is usually not the attribute of an impulse motive. The below chart shows the ensuing zigzag and the $8,200 target could be an attraction point during the overnight price action. However, if price can surpass $9,493; then it would mark the retake of the upper trend line.

It would be ideal if price could retake the upper white trend line; however, the microwaves would count better if there was a hit to the 0.618 Fibonacci target of $8,200. Is that an absolute requirment? No, not at all. However, the longer price stays submerged below the upper trend line, the less favorable the bullish scenario becomes. Let's see if the overnight price can support a bullish outcome.

Price found buyers at $8400. If price is going to move up, price needs to take out the sell orders at orders at $9300 and $10000 first...the rule of two (in this case absorb one stack of sell orders, price is range bound, absorb another stack of sell orders, confirmation that the trend has changed). My short term target is $10500 because not only are there sell orders there, but that was level at which price took out buy orders at $10200 and $9400 (pink rectangle). My 2nd target is daily supply level, which is the original origin of the leg down to daily demand level of $8400. Does that make sense, hopefully those direction will get you my house?

Yes, it costs us the "power" to vote for somebody. You can vote 10 full 100% power votes per day or many more "cheaper" votes. But as you probably have noticed that, when someone powerful gives those huge votes it is not very liked by others and they start to abuse the author.

@barbie.doll Then be careful, you can make a lot of money but you can also lose everything. Maybe first study it all before you go into it (if you want to go into it).
Basic rules that are obvious but hard to maintain as we are emotional beings:

Never invest what you can't lose.
Don' lose money! Means: Buy low, sell high, never go with the hype.
Don't panic sale, if you lose on a coin hodl (hold) long term until it is over the price you bought, no matter if it takes hours, months or years. (This is actually the hardest)
Don't be greedy try to sell before the highest price and don't mind what winnings could have been.. if you don't you'll eventually miss the peak and then get into denial and hodl while hoping it will go up one more time for a second chance and then get into panic and sell to not even lose more, recognizing later that you sold at the lowest price and really lost your coins. If price goes up by 100% for example and you sell and it goes up another 100% look at the 100% you made and not what could have been. It's better to take the 100% than to go over the peak get into denial and end up at 50% or even at -50%
