Not to late for summer reading list.

Thank you for the recommendation, really Elliott Waves is complex

It's only complex if you don't yet know it. Have you ever learned a new math equation? It was hard before you understood it, but easy once you did. No different with Elliott Wave. The difficulty is in the application. That takes tons of failure experiences. Once I lost $180k in an option trade that was profitable but my piggish greed ignored the EW warning to take profits. Failures of that kind are better teachers than success. I've made and lost and made and lost and made fortunes throughout my 15+ years. I have come to a point where I now gratefully take my profits and remove as much fear/greed as possible.

Hi @haejin, firstly thank-you for all your posts and your knowledge sharing, you are my top source of learning and forecasts. I've read so many of your posts and I need to please ask, do you only trade in ladder buys and sells, taking profits, without keeping any long term trades? Or is it a % kept for long term? .... I recall you saying you had sold 2/3 of your BTC profits.

The reason for asking is that I am very interested in pure TA analysis, and you have inspired me hugely! I also have a great interest in the value representation of some coins and the technologies which are offered.

Please could you mention how you would approach a portfolio building strategy using ladder buying and selling, but also holding on to some % of coins for longer term.

Thanks again for your educational posts, they are hugely appreciated.

You are right, the application requires many hours of practice and many failures to be consistent.

It took you 15yrs. I am 40 what hope Do I Have.

I'm a slow learner. You may not be. I'm 47 and still learning TA.

I started getting proficient after 5 years and better and better. You might be faster.

I second one of the above posts. I had never heard of EW before, and only started in crypto about 3 weeks ago. You have been my main source of knowledge and have inspired me to start learning. Thanks for the advice and guidance and always upvoted. A few beers coming your way soon👍

Just bought these 2 books, ready to expand my horizon! Thanks haejin.
