Centra (https://www.centra.tech) looks to be the one to build that bridge within the coming weeks and in time for christmas shopping. They have a virtual card service on their wallet application that will appeal to the masses and physical cards going out to the contributors before year end.
Now how is Centra different than it's competitors. They are a US based company tackling the most complicated crypto regulations in the world and offering their products to US residents and the rest of the world. it is no easy task but it seems like they have been able to accomplish it.
