Ugh! Not only are Bitcoin transactions expensive, they also take forever! This block, which contains my transaction has been sitting unconfirmed since Sunday and it is now Thursday! I was told the transaction should take about 24 hours or so!

I guess Steem has totally spoiled me! Instantaneous and FREE transactions! What's not to like! No wonder the price of steem has been skyrocketing lately.

I don't know if this is stuck because the sender didn't send enough for the fee or what is going on here. This is my very first bitcoin transaction and I am not happy!

I know this had been going on, but I was hoping they would catch up. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Wow, a $130 fee on that puppy and it still takes a week? That's insane! Even overseas wires are faster than bitcoin these days.

It is totally insane! It is for a total of 62 btc, so not a bad percentage, I guess. I plan on letting it sit, so no biggie for me, but this makes it unusable! :(

It might be relevant: "If you are wanting to make a #bitcoin transaction right now, send it for a low fee. For some reason the low fee txs have been clearing."

Hmmm, that is interesting, thanks! I didn't send it, but this would be something to keep in mind for the future!
