Legislators are finalizing the law, which should regulate the crypto issues in the Russian Federation. In the last two weeks, two bills have been introduced in the state Duma. Bill Blocken Technologies on "Digital Financial Assets" validates the initial proposals of mining operations and coins. In another bill, words like "digital currency" are introduced to the Russian Civil Code and protects the rights of crypto investors.
