Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.
Bollinger Bands show we are above the moving average which is around $6680. High ranges at $6,800 and low ranges at $6,550.
Stochastic RSI indicates overbought conditions (85).
MACD shows we are above the Zero Line with a tapering histogram. Buy volumes will have to be sustained to stay above that ZL and maintain a bullish sentiment.
Price Targets:
Entry $5,850- $6,650
Exit $6,750- $7,300
The markets have seen SOME relief over the past few days with increased buy volumes and solid support in the mid $6K zone. On June 18th the price jumped over $350 in just two hours of trading, but quickly settled down a bit.
With increased buyer interest at these levels we will continue to see price support.
The longer we stay below or at the profit parity for Bitcoin the better. It will increase the scarcity of the digital asset as much of the smaller competitors will be forced out of business since they are working in the red. I am wondering why Bitcoin has not reached the $19k level again? It could?

It could be quite a while until we see BTC reach those prices again. Firstly we will need to have more clarity in SEC regulation as well as less concern over exchange hacks and price manipulations.
The next spark for the bull run will most certainly be something related to a Bitcoin ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) which will allow institutional investors to get into this space while being financially protected. This ETF will hypothetically store funds in cold storage and allow some level of insurance. There is too much uncertainty and confusion in this space right now for traditional investors to have confidence yet.

I say learning is by doing...just jump in and buy a little at a time. practice makes perfect, but perfect practice makes you lots of money. Don't just focus on Bitcoin...there are many others in the top 200 that can give you many more rewards without the Chicken Little Syndrome!
