I saw this 'challenge' from @dragosroua recently. I'm definitely into more than 5 crypto assets but here are five that I'm investing in. All in small amounts.

There is no doubt Steem exceeds all of my other crypto investments simply because Steem can be earned on this platform. I don't think i need to shill any further.BAT

Gaming is a big industry and a crypto that would allow you to trade in-game items for real money is a winner.Ark
Ark only has a wallet at the moment and hopefully we'll see the Smart Bridge technology actually work. Based on their road map, most features are still in progress.IOTA
The only one based on Tangle rather than blockchain but is quite similar. Main points would be scalability and transaction speed (and their partnerships with companies).

what about them having centralized servers and not moving any of their nodes outside of China? I think EOS, although centralized, at least makes an effort to move their operation overseas.
China, with regulation and all, I feel doubtful it can be an ethereum killer (not even eos). I'm not looking for scalability in the short term. I want true decentralized value and I would rather opt for the lack of speed if it means the former in the long term.
