Thoughts on the market 8/21/19

The market has been manipulated and stuck at the 10k level for a couple months now but let's take a look at the over all trend with some very basic rudimentary analysis
(This is not investment advice i'm just reading the BTC market)

This chart shows today's draw down with a massive sell down to the 10,200 range or so. Most people who are shaky on the concept of BTC or are trying to get rich quick are scared by such a fall. However, let's look out to see the strength of this bull market.

This is the one week chart. Notice how in general we are seeing higher bottoms despite the volatility. The trend is up. As we zoom out to more comprehensive time frames the trend becomes more powerful by orders of magnitude.

This is the one month chart. Yes it shows some more massive movements in that time, but this is normal for Bitcoin regardless of manipulation or market sentiment. The trend however is still here. Higher lows going upwards

Now we have the three month chart where we almost breached 13-14k and formed support. We still have higher lows. If you trace a line connecting the lows it starts to mimic long term trend lines that you would see other traders use when determining whether or not the main trend of BTC is changing.

Lastly we have the 6 month chart showing the transition from consolidation to run up. as you can see we still have higher lows. The trend is still strong and there is a ton of momentum. Even with us stuck at the 10k level, we still have large players entering the space (Bakkt/ Fidelity anyone?) as well as the halving looming next year.

Regardless of how you feel about BTC the charts don't lie, so far I bvelieve we have a lot to look forward too. I personally meditate and practice patience in the meantime.
