RICH! RICH! RICH! - this is what driven our subconscious to make fool decision that affect 80% of population to stay poor!

Why is that? Is it because money attracts to money? Is it destiny? nature law to maintain Pareto balance 80%/20%?
Probably there is small part of truth in these assumptions, but let me spot for you 2 main reasons for that:

1. Lack of information - what to do? Relax
2. People are SHEEP! - What to do? Practice

In order to decide a good decision, especially in stock or cryptocurrency market, information is crucial in order to see the big picture. Not all of us have access to exclusive groups where the major moves are being decides, thus this article won't talk about the "1" reason, rather I'd like to discuss the "2" - people are SHEEP!

There is a simple rule that if we'll apply it, fortune is guaranteed - "Buy when the prices fall, and sell when prices rise".
That's right, your heard that thousand time but did you have the change to apply it? Put you money where you mouth is? If not, this the right article for YOU!!!

The next paragraph I'd like to share with you my experience and give you simple guidelines and tools to change your Life. I'm not promising you to be a milioner, but I do promise you to better manage you capital and increase it with minimal risk and with maximum return.

Ok let's start,

Stop to be a SHEEP! it means we need to change our behavior, meaning to change how is our mind is reacts. In order to that we need to practice it in small/medium scale before jumping to deep water with the sharks. For this practice we'll require the followings:

1. Capital/funds -
   There is no fixed amount which I can recommend, since amounts are subjective for each person. For someone $5,000 is very high, since its his all savings, and for other it his monthly shoes budget. Since we want to change our set of mind, the funds must has significant emotional impact, but not to high to crash us financially. My recommendation to take 10% of your saving to this exercise, which will be significant to rose emotions when Bullish (prices rise) or Bearish (prices fall) periods will come in our investments.

2. Environment -
   Since this is an exercise, we would like to experience the turbulent market in accelerated environment. We want to learn master our mind in short period in order to enjoy the fruits while we young, rather figuring it to tell our grandsons! For these purpose cryptocurrency environment is the best infrastructure for our exercise. It available for small amount investments, quick, cheap, turbulent and provides a lot of Bullish and Bearish waves in short period.
   *How to start first steps in Cryptocurrency market? I believe there is a lot of articles teaching that in web, let me know in comments below if you wish me to share with you in my next article.

3. Buy in several batches -
   Need to hold yourself when the prices rise, and buy when prices fall. Since I'm not truly now when the fall will stop, I'll recommend buy in couple batches and not all in one time. I would suggest fall of 40% and more is good enough. Remember!This is an exercise and we want to experience it several times over the period (half year-one year) and not to do it in once!
   This is the most hard part! When the prices will rise you will experience an explainable strong urge to buy, DON'T DO IT!!! close the computer, close your phone and go under cover, isolate yourself! Literally, I'm not kidding! While sitting in dark corner of the bunker keep telling yourself the follwoing mantra:
   "This is a an exercise, I must not buy when prices are rising!This is a an exercise, I must not buy when prices are rising!....". This will keep you sane if you'll be strong enough.
   I know it sounds fullish, but believe me, once you experience the urge of buying it is very hard to resist. Remember the SHEEPS we talked about? DON'BE ONE!!!

4. Sell -
   In this stage, it depends what is you purpose for the investment, short term or long term? whatever you needs, are just hold the investment for the whole period you decided (I recommend no less than one year). The empirical experiment has shown that frequent buying and selling practice is the same as betting in casino - no one knows when the markets rises and when it falls. The historical data shows that major jumps in prices usually happens in short period of time, can be in couple days alone. You don't want to missed that.

5. Understand your investment -
   Choose a project, stock or Cryptocurrency/Asset you understand, or at least a little bit. Find something you believe that there is true value in the product/asset. If you don't have time for that or technological understandings, choose the most commons such as , Bitcoin, Etherium, Litecoin, Nem, STEEM and etc' (doesn't recommend Cripple... sorry, meant Ripple).
   Why it is important? Remember I talked about the SHEEPS, here they come again. Once there is bad news in the market, some article regarding fraud, China close exchanges, or bank CEO announce that the Bitcoin is a Bubble, usually it will drag the whole market down, no matter if the Cryptocurrency or stock had nothing to do with that. It is just a negative market sentiment that spooks all the SHEEPS away once the WOLF arrives, even if it imaginary one. Crushes in market is a natural phenomena, winch allows the market to clean overpricing and speculative junk of shore. I'd like to think of it as a sea, where waves cleans the water by pushing all the junk out of the sea to the beaches. Thus is very important to choose goods assets, that will survive and flourish after the storm.

If I need to emphasis main point in the article it will be "PRACTICE, PRACTICE and don't forget this is an EXERCISE!"
You mind is a muscle, and our state of mind is in our hands. Instead paying to school or some academy for knowledge, there is no better teachers than our own experience an our own personal sensations.
