The US financial giant has just released a new report named "Update: Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and Blockchain" in which he announces that Bitcoin and crypto-currencies are no longer values but have become real classes of institutional assets.

Bitcoin goes from a store of value to an institutional asset class

According to a 50-page report prepared by Morgan Stanley's research division , Bitcoin was no longer qualified as a store of value in the sense that institutional players are actively asking for cryptocurrencies and that it would make more sense to calibrate the status of the digital currency to this situation.

Recall that Morgan Stanley had published 15 other research reports before and one of them named " Bitcoin Decrypted: A Brief Lecture and Its Implications "Depicted the environment of crypto-currencies.

This new report is therefore a logical continuation of this study by emphasizing the status of Bitcoin, crypto-currencies and Blockchain.

"Bitcoin decrypted", an in-depth study on the status of cryptocurrency

The report shows how much Morgan Stanley is interested in cryptocurrency.

The document seems very enthusiastic in its developments so as to rent cryptocurrencies in a general framework.

On the other hand, it evokes its "surprising" character by highlighting the new funds and the long-term contracts attached to them.

With this new report, Morgan Stanley is encouraging economic players to exploit cryptocurrency and its growing potential.
