If you had Bitcoin stored on the Exodus wallet before the August 1st hardfork, you are entitled to equal amount of Bitcoin Cash. Exodus has now given us the power to withdraw our BCH to a BCH compatible wallet of our choice. Here is a step by step guide on how to claim your BCH tokens!

Step 1) First, go to https://www.exodus.io/releases/ and install the latest version of 1.31.0. This will give the the ability to claim your BCH.

Step 2) Next, you will want to navigate to the "Help" icon in the lower left hand corner of the Exodus wallet.

Step 3) Scroll all the way to the bottom and you will find "How do I claim my Bitcoin Cash (BCH)?" tab. Click "Claim my Bitcoin Cash now!"

Step 4) Read the text displayed and then click "continue". You will be brought to a screen where you can input your Bitcoin Cash wallet address. Paste it in the box displayed and click "continue".

Step 5) You will then be prompted to scan your Bitcoin wallet for BCH.

Step 6) Once Exodus has finished scanning, another text will display the amount, address, and fee's associated with sending your BCH. Click "send".

And you're done! Congratulations, your free BCH token have been sent!

I hope this step by step tutorial helped you claim your Bitcoin Cash quick and easy. Share your thoughts about BCH in the comments below!
