Evidently, many users are experiencing the same.
Support does not exist.
They throw every ticket away.

Marco Streng and company are keeping money willfully. They are thieves.
They are now engaged in lots of promotion, acting like everything is fine while lots of payouts still need to be solved.
Thieves: They use new investors' money to pay the old.
