2018 the year of a World Currency?! Predicted in 1988!

On Jan 9th 1988, the Economist published on the cover this image of the Phoenix burning all fiat. The 10 is speculated to be a representation of a one/zero. They didn't even have internet back then. This all seems very well planned in advance. The big question is what digital currency will it be? Are they planning on propping bitcoin up to $100k or more to only collapse it and then bring on a new crypto with one that has inflationary to it?

It truly seems like there has been a new economic Pheonix that has risen and it is pretty funny how The Economists prediction coincides when crypto has had a massive popularity boost. I have no idea what is going to happen next but hopefully the future is bright @jeff747

I think it's more orchestrated - not prediction. I just want to know what crypto will be the chosen one.

I think its going to happen, the crypto currencies exists since the 80s. It is a plan, not a conspiracy or prediction.
