Governments need to get out of the mind set that they are our parents needing to protect us from our own decisions. We, as citizens, have the ability to research and avoid scams. We do not need a nanny state where governments protect us from "skinning our knee" if we fall down. This is part of life. We will learn quickly if we get scammed
