Haejin sees it as the end of a count of waves, and one is rarely sure how to exactly count waves as they fall into many sub-parts... if you see the momentary move as an upward triangle, we're waiting for a breakout - likely upward, but you know - shit happens. So the green highs would ideally be higher, but at this time they're lower...
