Gary Gensler is facing push-back for overstepping regulatory boundaries... good

It's about time.

For the most part Gary Gensler has done what he has wanted as it pertains to regulating crypto.

It hasn't been clear exactly what the rules are but at the urging of the Biden Administration (apparently) he has gone after just about every crypto company there is.

The latest issue is SAB 121 which both the House and Senate have now voted to repeal, which the president has said he will veto...

I imagine that vetoing something both the House and Senate pass is probably not good politically...
