Discas DAO is a Blockchain platform design to improve information quality and originality by providing solution to controversial issues and monetizing people’s opinion. This is the first platform in the history of man to carryout this great project.
This platform is bringing people from all part of the world to participate in solving the most fundamental issues in our society. It brings people of great experience such as students, travelers, tour agents, property agent, business, media, institution, government, shoppers, investors and other sector together. The Discas platform is providing education platform to educate users and make our society a more responsible-informed society.
DESCRIPTIONS OF THE PROBLEM
• HOAXES AND DISINFORMATIONS: our society is now full of wrong and misleading information that poses threat to the society with it's dangerous outcome. It is difficult to know a rumor or fake news from true information. And this is a major challenge we are facing in our society of today.
• Fake accounts is another challenge this generation is facing. It is a means by which fake information increases in our society.
• Fake social media account has further heightened the problem of our society as it give room to social vices such as defrauding which is not healthy to the wellbeing of the society. This problem has lead to the death of people who have suffered from cybercrime. It become difficult to trust/believe information from social media as most of them are sources that are not reliable.
The society has not yet at anytime recover from this problem it has been facing for years. Social media that is expected to lessen the situation on ground , creates more problem by approving information that suits their believe system(they create filter bubble). Many who had trust on such platform before, now doubt it.
• Public protest has been a way for reaching and influencing the government. Most of the protest succeeded while others failed. However, it has always ended in devastation. Most protest hinders commercial activities, causes fight and destruction of private and government property. At times , it result to death. This and many more problem are found in our society which is a threat to our living.
Solution
• Thanks to Discas platform who has come with lasting solution coupled with benefits. Discas will be built on Blockchain technology later on as it grows.
• Smart contract will take care of the investment and profit distribution which makes it transparent and trustworthy.
• Discas is incorporating fundamental function of different apps to make it’s platform easy to use. It will educate user and produce a society that are well informed.
DISCAS WORKING MECHANICS
Discas ecosystem allow users to take part in smart discussion. A user maybe a moderator, appreciator, investor and commentator. Every users will be required KYC during registration.
• Moderators(Publishers) are media that have been granted Permission to publish up-to-date and true news based on Request. They are entitled to profit for sharing a story but they cannot participate in the discussion
• Investors: They invest their DISC on topics and earn reward in DISC and backclaps. Topics that receive the highest audience receives the highest reward.
• Commentators are involved in commenting or sharing their ideas , opinion or ideas from reliable source. They earn claps of different colors. Claps accumulated can be converted to DISC.
• Appreciators: They are users that support the best opinion by clapping with different colour base on the uniqueness of the idea. They are to follow the rules and regulations stipulated to guide and They are rewarded for their participation. Black-Claps can be purchased in the platform as second balance of DISC, it function as appreciation to commentators.
Topic Price: This is based on how popular the topic is. A topic that is very popular will get higher price. This simply mean, every topic of discussion has its own price base in how popular it is on the platform. This is know by the number participant involved.

News Trade: This feature allow news to become an investment . It is of 3 methods:
Plant & Harvest: investors earn from every issue discussed.
Vote-to-Solve (V2S): it is used to know the number of commentator that will be considered to influence decision in government.
