Is bitcoin being suppressed?

This guy thinks so...

Samson Mow went to twitter today to say that he thinks bitcoin is being suppressed intentially.

He didn't name who and he made this statement based on his observation of the trading of bitcoin.

Speficially how it can't go up.

Someone is sitting on the ask anytime we go up they nuke it back down.

Is he right?
