Yep. I think taking breaks every hour or so and walking around would likely help things out. I get lost in time in front of these things sometimes, and my eyes suffer because of it.

I like walking outdoors, so I usually don't get eye problems, unless I find some very interesting TV series I want to watch before it disappears.

I'm still several seasons behind in some TV series I used to watch when they were new, because I had too many things to do and not enough time... Some shows went online and some changed to subscription channels without prior notice.
