KCN Lykke blockchain school in Perm

IT professionals, financiers, lawyers and marketers share their experience. The Summer School on Blockchain and Cryptoeconomics was held in Perm. It was organized by the Perm State University and the fintech company Lykke. Among the main topics most interesting for the participants were: cryptocurrencies and cryptomarkets, the development of blockchain and off-chain technologies, the universities courses for the cryptoeconomics’ specialists.
Apart from Sergey Ivliev this year the teaching staff of the Perm Blockchain school included:
Yannis Menelau, professor at the University of Nicosia;
Alexey Antonov, co-founder of SONM, which raised $42 million of investments;
Mikhail Nikulin, co-founder and technical director of Lykke.

For more than a year the Laboratory of Cryptoeconomics and Blockchain Systems at the Faculty of Economics of the Perm State University has been researching the practical application of blockchain systems and smart contracts for applied issues: interbank and stock-exchange settlements, financial arrangements in international holdings and groups, open electronic voting, confirmation of copyrights for digital content and electronic notary.
