You need to show her how to move the majority of that into a hardware wallet. Coinbase is like a 'bitcoin bank' she is trusting them to hold the bitcoin for her. Have her move all but just a little of it into a hardware wallet so she is fully protected if for some reason Coinbase ever shuts down, or they want to mysteriously shut down her account.
