You're not very likely to find people willing to pay into your trader team / training program on here. You're better off doing as @quickfingersluc has been doing and producing the content for publication on here for free and relying on upvotes for revenue. The construction of communities is easier when you don't hold your hand out for a reward up-front.
My target here is not Majorly for upvotes, but to get my messages and information across.
