I was wondering if the $50,000 a reference to McAfee's comments, but googling I realize McAfee said $500K

    well maybe actually cuz I was left with the impression that he actually meant that the 100 USD in there would be 50k USD. (I just said dollars so he was probably thinking USD, when I meant CAD).

    if Bitcoin is 500k. then 100 USD of BTC today at 4k, would be close to 50 K . . . right?
