While using my Ledger Blue Bitcoin Hardware wallet, I sent my mailman his first bit of bitcoin (worth just over $7). The Ledger Wallet app included a priority transaction fee of $156.14. I believe this has to be one of the largest Bitcoin transaction fees of all time. Here is the response I received from Ledger, along with the transaction information from the Blockchain.
Yeah and i thought $80 fees were ridiculous. One thing i can't understand is not knowing how much the fees will be before hand.
A bit like uber surge pricing when the prices get so crazy.
