Wex has premium prices on everything yet all you can withdrawal now is XMR, PPC and NMC.
Sadly right before they stopped deposits Binance caught them emptying cold wallets to their exchange and freezed the funds.
There is some people wanting to do class action lawsuit and get their cash out so i suggest you to check for news on this. This time i dont think WEX/BTC-E is gonna come back sadly..
They promised withdrawals open long long ago..

Hi @kingscrown, i think it is main reason why institutional investors are not willing to invest in cryptocurrency. I think this is the main hurdle for them. What do you think.
