All tested for big deposits and withdrawals by me, working at this point. All need no ID to register.
- Binance - the obvious top vol exchange, has STEEM
- KuCoin - i would call it younger brother of Binance with many NEO and ETH pairs
- BiBox - amazing China exchange, similar to other two above with different coins
- CoinExchange - many ETH tokens and anon coins like ZEC XZC EXCL
- COSS - many deals on ETH tokens for arbitrages
- OpenLedger - decentralized exchange build on BTS, the older brother of STEEM

KYC Needed Places
I dont like those as i dont believe in FIAT so i prefer to trade crypto-crypto but sometimes i need too.
Bitstamp - imho the best spot and most secure for EU people
BitBay - loads of tokens and pairs, nice place on Malta
Changelly - when you need to buy crypto with CC fast, thats the place

I used to be on poloniex and bittrex.. next time I want to get alts I will use binance most likely

I have used both Binance and Bittrex for Steem, sending BTC from Coinbase Pro. Every time I use Binance it is so slow to send Steem 🙃
