Fear not. Someone once observed that the Brits obey laws regardless if they are good or bad, whereas the French tend to ignore laws regardless if they are good or bad. Americans on the other hand tend to obey the good laws. Such a law described above is hardly enforceable....it is up to Steemians to decide if it is good law and worthy of obedience.
