For Bitcoins, your entire success depends when you buy and sell them. But it is very difficult to predict exact price movements.Lee of Fundstrat Global Advisors suggests a possible solution: holding onto bitcoin. Or, if you prefer crypto lingo: Hold On For Your Dear Life (HODL) onto bitcoin.

Data comparison is very very important to make such statements. Lee explains his case through data comparison.

"Timing is very very important which we usually ignored in equity investing. If you miss out 10 best trading days in a financial year,then your returns drop from 9.3% to 5.2%". Lee summerised the entire comparison as the case for buy and hold in equities is the opportunity cost of missing out on the 10 best days.

Lee took the data of gains of Bitcoins for 10 days and compared it with the annual gains and found out that the annual gains decreased by 20-25% when this 10 days are not included. Sometimes gains turned out to be negative even.

Lee also stated that Bitcoin regulation problems will be solved in the latter half of 2018. As of now the legal status of cryptomarket is still unclear globally. Even though cryptos made substantial gains in this academic year, the Bitcoins are made synonymous with everything that is wrong with them. It provoked many governments and financial regulators who declared it as a failure.

But Lee wrote that every regulatory hurdle of cryptomarket will be solved by the end of June and his prediction is $20000 by the end of same month. It also predicts it may even cross $25000 mark by the end of this year.

Lee suggests every Bitcoin investor to hold and sit tight and fasten the seat to reach the heights of Bitcoin price.
