But if you believe its going to go that low (~9000) why not sell and buy back then?

    Because it's just a possibility, it can also bounce back from here, and form a right triangle. So IF it dips to 8k$ => buy. I personnaly just bought 1/3 of what I plan to buy, the other 2/3 are for the 9k$ and 7k$ levels if reached ;-)
