Shiller is high, but will rise more as long as the interests are such low.
But its time for another crash. They happen every 5-12 years. I thought there would be one at the end of this year, but looks like it will take more time. I guess because the old one is still not over in some countries and so it takes longer (like the US great depression) to heat up.
Right on. I think if they raise the interests rates the markets would go down. No more cheap money for banks and then banks will be in a big trouble too.
