Bitcoin has a very high correlation to the global money supply, at least historically.
When the money supply goes up, bitcoin goes up.
When it goes down, bitcoin goes down.
Lately we have a massive surge in the global money supply but bitcoin isn't doing much of anything yet:

My guess is that this will be short lived and bitcoin will play catch up here soon.
It just needs a catalyst and for governments and bankruptcies to stop dumping it.
Hopefully that happens here soon.
