Is BTC on the rise?

I like and hope the BTC trend in the coming time as follows:
After adjusting strongly on the Fibonacci retracement 78.6 on the weekly chart, the BTC price has now rebounded to Fibo 38.6. It is likely that BTC is entering the big Elliott wave III if the price line accumulates in the 9k-12k range over the next 3-5 weeks.
