Ok so, what happened is , similer problem happened to me, and this issue is fatal from their side. first thing I did is I contacted them on twitter , they sent me an email saying make sure that 2fa app is synced and clear cookies and catch . And of course all of these didn't work. Then I sent them email saying that I will post about this issue on reddit and twitter if my issue didn't resolve, and after this I was able to log in after 6 hours. I reallly don't know till now what was the problem, but I am 100% sure it is Cexio mistake and they use this method to trade with your balance for a while and then bring you back your account.
