Next Thursday, October 12 will be held in Santiago de Chile #BitcoinDay 2017. The event aims to inform people about the main cryptononeda, explaining how this technology works and what are its benefits.
The participating companies and organizations will showcase their innovations with Bitcoin and Blockchain and there will be a panel of renowned experts in the field. The organization is led by Adriel Araujo and Álvaro Gandía, who were in charge of a similar event in Argentina last July.
In Santiago's event, some of the speakers are: Guillermo Torrealba (founder and CEO of SurBTC, a crypto-currency exchange company in Chile, Colombia and Peru); Rafael Meruane, CryptoMARKET's chief technology officer, the first Latin American Market Ethereum; Miguel Fuentes, developer of trading bots, technical analysis and risk analysis of Variacode's criptomonedas; Manuel Beaudroit, technological entrepreneur co-founder and chief marketing officer of Bitex, Bitcoin bank whose objective is to democratize access to financial services in Latin America; and Diego Gutierrez Zaldivar, president of the Bitcoin Argentina Foundation, as well as founder and CEO of RKS Labs, the first open source smart contract platform, which recently earned 3.5 million dollars in investment
The agenda includes topics such as Bitcoin & Blockchain for novices, trading and investment in cryptones, Blockchain as a new tool for business and opportunities for entrepreneurs.
The event will be held on Thursday, October 12 at 5:00 p.m., at the IF Theater of Italy Avenue 850, Providencia.
