As Baron Rothschild said, "The best time to buy is when there's blood in the streets."

Right now people are shitless scared as bitcoin continues to dip like there is no bottom to its fall. But I can tell you that those in the know are just so happy, either buying or positioning to buy up to ride the coming bitcoin boom.
