Brian Thomas Moynihan, (pictured above), chairman and CEO of Bank of America in HIS attempt to downplay Bitcoin said today on CNBC that: "Bitcoin is used for crime."

I ask you..
Is this man an idiot?
Does he not realize that CASH has been and continues to be used in criminal transactions EXPONENTIALLY more than Bitcoin?

Do you think that as the CEO of a Wall Street Bank he does not want people to hold Bitcoin?

This guy has really gone FULL RETARD.

With each passing day, these central planners see BTC and cryptos growing, I think now they are starting to get nervous.

This smacks of fear.

Bitcoin is just barely on the radar for most people, yet banks are terrified of it.

I for one will shed no tears when major banks die, die, die.

Nah, honey badger doesnt care 😂

As with all psychopaths, they may be very cunning, but they are not at all inventive. So, his accusal? Accuse bitcoin of the same thing his bank is doing / has been caught doing.

the whole argument of money laundering has been super debunked... I just saw a video made my David Hay on the tubes tackling yet again this notion and he did a pretty good job imo... that being said blockchain threatens their livelihood so it makes sense they would respond like this.

we can say that bitcoin is used in illegal activities because of the dark web, the darkweb sale of what is illegal like drugs, weapons and guns for hire or hitman so that bitcoin is illegal, but here it is forum is another purpose. we are different from those who use bitcoin in illegal activities for us bitcoin is blessing because we are having support for our daily needs.

all big banks are trying to downplay bitcoin because of its non regulations I think they are downplaying it until they can actually invest in it themselves professionally and not just personally before they say anything positive. In other words they don't want to hype it up and the price raises before they are able to get large positions with company funds
