"Ten percent of my net worth is in this space" - Mike Novogratz, hedge fund manager, Galaxy Digital Assets
One of the key elements for Bitcoin (BTC) widespread adoption is "usability".
I think a good definition of "usability" in relation to Bitcoin is: the degree of ease with which Bitcoin can be used to achieve something efficiently and effectively.
It is possible to achieve a good "usability", provided that the vast majority of people own Bitcoin (or a fraction of it).
Let's take a look at the results of a survey in which respondents were asked to say "yes" or "no" to the phrase: "I own some cryptocurrency". About 1000 respondents answered in each country (apart from Luxembourg with 500) for a total of approximately 15000 total individuals interviewed:
I am personally amazed to see that USA, France, UK and Germany are all under the 10% level, while Turkey and Romania have the lead with, respectively, 12% and 10%. Satoshi after Satoshi, we all should help to improve our countries levels

you are right, South Korea is a key country, young and tech savvy population but, unfortunately this survey didn't include it. It would be interesting a similar survey with more countries

Above data is really very shocking to see the percentage of United State, UK and Germany.

shocking indeed if we think that most of the media and influent people talking about bitcoin and crypto is from US. Let alone the huge quantity of start-ups and company related to the crypto movement. In other countries, probably, there are other more urgent reasons for wider adoption.
